ROCHESTER, NY – ADMAR Supply Company, construction equipment rental service-provider based in Rochester, NY, recently appointed Ron Walter as branch manager at its Binghamton branch. This branch has been open just over a year now, with Walter as acting manager. “His leadership and management style over this time frame has proven his mettle and his appointment confirms our initial decision to add him to the ADMAR management team,” said Joel DiMarco, General Manager and VP – Operations. DiMarco continued, “Ron stepped up to the plate and has exceeded our expectations on the branch’s growth in the first year. We are energized by the success of this branch and expect it to continue.”
The Binghamton branch in Vestal, NY took over strong sales presence previously built up by the current sales team. Chris Cox and Mike Manzo had covered their Southern Tier sales territories from the Syracuse branch. Joel DiMarco stated, “We’re always looking for ways to improve our customer service. Giving both Cox and Manzo a home within their coverage areas is just another example.”
Both individuals have extensive sales backgrounds in the rental industry with a combined work experience of over 40 years. Both Cox and Manzo are supported by various service personnel and drivers along with strong support from rental coordinator Jonathan Orton.
